TSAR – new instrument in the technological package of Agrisec, which offers a combination with an instant effect (knock-down effect) and broad protection in the fight against insect pests during rice cultivation.

Agrisec launches on the market in Ecuador an insecticide new for the Company and intended to combat vermin of economic significance during rice cultivation where this result has been achieved, and with confirmed potential in other cultures like potatoes, African palm, ornamentals, vegetables, tobacco etc.

The product TSAR is a combination of two active substances that ensure a more stable and lasting control over insect pests at a minimum risk level for development of resistance. TSAR has been formulated in the European laboratories of Zenith Crop Sciences Bulgaria and it is a new-generation insecticide with a marked knock-down effect. The product acts both by contact and by ingestion and affects both chewing and sucking insects. TSAR is deposited on the plants and forms a thin layer on both sides of the leaves, thus providing control over insects that feed hidden on the back side of the leaves. The product not only deposes on the leaf surface but also permeates in the cardiovascular system of the insects, thus ensuring prolonged control over the sucking insects.
